Zachary J. Faiad

Zachary J. Faiad joined Financial Advisors LLC in June 2009 as a Senior Financial Analyst. Zack draws upon his knowledge of accounting and financial issues in performing market research, financial analysis and modeling, data validation and document review and analysis. He has developed financial models for analyzing excess costs, lost profits and reasonable royalties. Zack has also drafted sections of expert reports and prepared demonstrative exhibits for trial.

Mr. Faiad’s projects have involved the following industries – high tech manufacturing, banking, commodities trading, securities, ethanol and medical products. His case experience includes claims of patent infringement, theft of trade secrets, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and products liability.

Zachary is a graduate from the business school at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. He is currently taking graduate courses at the University of Minnesota with plans to sit for the CPA exam in 2011
